The links below will take you to listings of only those Texas Association of Professional Electrologists (TAPE) members who wish to provide a description of their practices. All TAPE members promote the highest standards of electrology education, practice, ethics and support state licensing and regulation of the profession to protect the public interest.

TAPE is an affiliate of the American Electrology Association (AEA).  Working with the medical community and experts in the field, the AEA developed  "Infection Control Standards for the Practice of Electrology" and "Practice Standards" as guidelines for all electrology practitioners.

An electrologist who is "Board Certified" by the International Board of Electrologist Certification (IBEC), which is sponsored by the AEA, is designated as a "Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE)", with over 2,000 participants worldwide that currently have attained this National Board Certification.
