Details About the Event
- All TAPE and AEA members pay the same fee.
- Please be aware: Early registration will be open until February 1, 2026. Late registration will start on February 2, 2026, and will close on February 22, 2026. Please register early to reserve your spot. We will close registration early if we reach the maximum number of participants our streaming service will allow.

The conference registration deadline is midnight Sunday, February 22.
The day before the event, you will receive a Zoom link via email. Please check both your inbox and spam folder. If you do not receive the link by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, please email us at tapebod@gmail.com to let us know. - Please be aware: When registering for our conference, you agree to follow the AEA attendance rules. We strictly abide by these rules. We must see your face on the screen at all times. You will not receive credit for the hour if we can not see your face or you are gone from your screen for longer than 10 minutes.
- We prefer using Zelle as our primary payment method as it does not have transaction fees. Nevertheless, we also accept payments via credit card through PayPal as a secondary option. If you decide to pay through PayPal using your credit card, please understand that you will be assessed an additional 3% to cover the processing fees.
